WHAT WE ARE ABOUT

What We Are About

Garden 14.jpg

Whether you're just beginning or have years of experience, Simply London Yoga is all about achieving that all important work/life balance that we often struggle to make a part of our everyday lives.

London is a busy and bustling place.

We are bombarded daily, constantly on the go, never staying still for long enough.

Yoga is calm and controlled.

It is time carved out of our busy lives where we can connect ourselves with our breath and bodies, reflect, re-balance and find your inner peace.

For us, yoga is not about how we look or being the perfect yoga model, doing unbelievable poses in miraculously sweat-free designer sportswear.

It's about changing how we relate to our bodies, experiencing our deepest selves and finding a balance in how we relate to the world around us.

Simply put, it's for everyone!

WHAT WE OFFER

What We Offer

Dominic Byrne trained with Yoga London, Europe's Premier Yoga training. He specialises in Vinyasa Flow Yoga and has been practicing for 7 years. As well as teaching at various health centres and sports facilities, Domninic also offers the below.

1-2-1 Yoga Classes

Enjoy a yoga practice hour which helps in the connecting of the mind with the body. You can expect more than a couple of downward facing dogs, and the potential of inversions, where placing the heart above the head is at times a great experience. Make this class the level you want that day; our minds and body's differ every day, so should your practice. This class provides variances on some flows as well as poses for you to enjoy, and all levels are welcome and supported.

Karmic Yoga

Karma yoga can be seen as a discipline of selfless action as a way to perfection. This is a free class open to all at any level. A smooth gentle sequence that is created at times by attending yogi's themselves. Feel free to ask about sequencing or poses you would like to discover or take further, we may embrace them during the class.

Corporate Yoga

Corporate Yoga can be a crucial component of your workplace wellness program.  It gives employees a pause to rejuvenate and refresh, whether it's before, during, or after their workday. Stress levels decrease as mental clarity and energy levels soar. Yoga classes on site offer a cost-effective and innovative solution for companies wanting to reduce health care expenses, relieve workplace stress, and promote employee well-being.

Testimonials
“I found Dominic to be a patient teacher but also very inspiring and not afraid of setting challenges to maximise my yoga practise. Really liked the set of positions and poses he took us through and felt longer, leaner and more centred afterwards.” Kyra 45
“Dominic is an inspiring yoga teacher. He instructs us in an interesting variety of vinyasa flows. He corrects our poses gently and distracts us when he wants us to hold them for a few counts. His style is friendly, warm and inclusive and Dominic gives options depending on the experience of those in the class.
At the end of each of Dominic's classes I'm relaxed, stretched, and feel that I've improved my yoga poses.”

"Dominic is fun, approachable and understanding. The time always flies past and, before I know it, I've done an hour's worth of Yoga and loved every minute of it. I always feel energised afterwards" Julie 32

"We have had the good fortune to benefit from Dom’s wellness within the workplace initiative for the past year. The results of this have been better than I could have anticipated and feedback from staff is always 100% stating, “It completely makes you feel like a new person”. Dom is very sensitive to the staff workload and differing abilities, easily managing this with a good sense of humour and clarity of direction. I was thrilled to see how much this once a week yoga session was eagerly anticipated and participated in. Dom also kindly advised us with little tips on stress management and  how to keep energy levels up during a busy day. These are now such an automatic part of our everyday routine and have had an extremely positive impact. Staff illness and absenteeism is down by more than 50% and morale is at an all time high. I cannot recommend this course enough."
